Negative: I think we were charged twice for the same meal. We ordered take-out on the night of Oct. 15, and my husband picked it up at the restaurant and paid with his card, including tip. My card was the one that the room was charged on, and I also had a charge of $32.53. I'm sure it was just a simple mistake because we unfortunately use two different cards.
Summary: It was a lovely hotel with a beautiful well-lit patio, pool area. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Negative: This hotel was the best I ever stayed at in its category. No longer the case. It's a shabby replica of its former self, from the cracked seats in the shuttle microbus, to the overcrowded breakfast room with less than average offerings in a place where one gets spoiledwithgreatfood. It really doesn't deserve the stars, and is absolutely not reflecting the high price. Terrible sorry for the loss of quality.

Positive: There was no kettle in the room. Breakfast is included in the rate and there’s no option to book without it. For early departures, they provide a very simple lunch box with juice, water, and a couple of cookies. The airport shuttle costs €12 before 6 a.m. and €5 after. Overall, the stay was fine, but a few small details like having a kettle in the room would make it more comfortable.

Positive: The property is truly a luxury property. The linens are great, beds are comfy and the environment is welcoming.
Negative: The amenities (pool and laundry) are only available from 9am -7 pm. Dinner and lunch require a reservation and many of the staff members have no patience with guest questions.

Positive: Transportation to and from the Rome Airport was easy and plentiful. Great hotel location with great shuttle service . wonderful breakfast with ample choices. Really enjoyed our room and its great balcony. Can't wait to visit again in the days ahead.

Positive: The facilities are amazing. Very big and clean pool. The room is very big, very nice balcony and clean. The food in the breakfast, launch and dinner ia various and delicious. The hotel is looking very good, especially the pool area and the restaurants.
Negative: The quality of the toilet paper in the room. You need to pay for towels in the pool.
